Panda's Pontoons LLC is a locally owned pontoon rental company launching from downtown Clearwater, Florida, founded by Amanda Stillwell and Tino Dominguez.
Tino keeps Pinellas County's boats running. Now he keeps yours.
Tino Dominguez is a master boat mechanic who has maintained boats for owners across Pinellas County for years. He built and maintains our Sun Tracker himself. When you rent from us, the person who services the boat is the person who built it.

We love getting people out on the water, and too many rentals hand over the keys with a map and a wave. We rig the boat with the gear your trip needs and build a real route around what your group wants. Good dogs, good people, great days.
