Do I need a boating license to rent a pontoon in Florida?
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, Florida requires a boater education ID card for self-drive rentals. Captained rentals don't require it.
What's the difference between self-drive and captained?
Self-drive means you run the boat using the Float Plan we provide. Captained rentals include a licensed captain and need 7 days' notice. Call or text (727) 288-7071 for captained pricing.
How much does a pontoon rental cost?
Self-drive: $168 for 2 hours, $308 for 4, $440 for 6, $559 for 8. Captained rentals: call or text (727) 288-7071 for pricing.
Is a deposit required?
A $500 hold is placed on your card 48 hours before your rental. It's a hold, not a charge, and releases within 48 hours after if there are no claims.
Is fuel included?
No. Refill before docking, pay at return, or use our reimbursement form.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation until 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours is non-refundable.
What is a Float Plan?
A free custom route and GPS track built for your trip, plus gear matched to what you're doing.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs are welcome on board. Bring a leash and a dog life jacket if you have one.
